The Ethio-American Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Program Coordinator in our organization. The person filling this position will set and achieve fundraising goals and support the mission, vision, and objectives of EACC. This is a part-time position. *The position is central to all programming delivered by the Chamber from start to finish including events, programs, and special assignments from the Board

*Lead in planning and execution of all programming and events

*Creates narrative for program and event marketing

*Handle coordination of online registration and participant communications

*Create the annual Manual or Chamber Magazine copy specific to programs and events in both online and hard copy

*Manages ChamberMaster ( members database ) for use in daily and strategic planning to assist the Board

*Assist with member issues and concerns to resolve them satisfactorily

*Assist with retention activities and contact delinquent members as directed by the Board

*Follow-up correspondence for new members and sponsors to support member services

*Prepare project proposals and solicit grants from government and non-government resources

*Any other responsibilities and duties delegated from the Chairman of the Board

*Salary scale directly associated with project proposals and grants received
